Growing up in Whakatane, discovering I had a natural talent for running, cycling and pretty much anything I turned my hand to athletically although not without my fair share of bike crashes and kayak spills.  Still – nothing like a dose of blood, sweat, and tears to inform the muscles.  I love hard work and with every experience, I strive to improve and train smarter.
